    This evaluation matrix may be useful for measuring the effectiveness of your Brain Awareness Week activities. The SfN Committee on Neuroscience Literacy would like to receive copies of your completed evaluation forms. Your voluntary participation will help us develop future materials that best fit the needs of BAW programs. Please send copies of your evaluations to:
