Chapter Membership Benefits
SfN has more than 100 North American chapters and an expanding number of international chapters. Chapters are a critical component of the Society's ability to engage individuals in the field of neuroscience both nationally and internationally.

Start or Reactivate a Chapter
SfN has over 100 regional chapters in North America and an expanding number of international chapters. Chapters are an excellent way to network, share information, and spearhead neuroscience education initiatives. All members are encouraged to contact and join a local SfN chapter.
In some cases, however, local chapters may not exist, or chapters that once existed are now inactive. Members without a local active chapter are encouraged to start a new chapter or reactivate an inactive chapter.
